How do you turn group strategy into local action?
In General Elections, politicians can win the air war through well-managed media campaigns. But to succeed, parties also need to win the ground war in the constituency, in the ward, on the doorstep.
Having helped Conservative Central Office codify and express the Target Seats’ strategy, the job was then to engage the 200 plus Target Seats and thousands of local staff in translating its key themes into their local campaigns. We also scripted national events with party leaders, designed regional workshops and created video and web content to extend the campaign’s reach and increase its impact.
